The Trust Board held its April meeting recently.
As you would expect, the bulk of our discussion surrounded the recent activity regarding the future of the club, culminating in the offer tabled by Alan Savage on 28 March to buy the club, and the implications that has for the Trust.
We have attempted to keep you updated on developments regarding the administration process, but if you missed anything, all our updates are in the news section of our website:
We are clearly in a critical period for the club. The Trust is a shareholder in the club, and we are happy to work with BDO, the club and any potential buyer to ensure that the club has a sustainable future, whilst at all times ensuring that the fans’ voice is communicated and heard.
This is a moving feast, and we will keep members updated on developments as they arise. At the time of writing, we await contact from BDO.
Several of the Board met Andrew Benjamin, the club’s new Commercial Director, recently. We ensured that Andrew is aware of the work we have carried out in Bar 94, and the strategic partnership arrangements we have in place with Dog Falls and Stagecoach.
Amongst a wide-ranging discussion, we shared our thoughts on season ticket bandings and pricing. We also shared feedback about certain tickets not being available on line, explaining that this is a deterrent to fans purchasing them. We believe that eligibility checks should be carried out at the point of entry to the stadium, not at the point of sale.
As the date fast approaches, we hope you will be able to join us at our first evening event in Bar 94 on Saturday 12 April, where we present An Evening with Calum Jones from 1800 until 2000, following which Stagecoach have kindly donated a coach that will operate to the Bus Station and the Caley Club.

We hope to see you there!
During May, we will be in touch about our Membership Renewal process.
As we approach our last two home league games of the season, it is important to continue to show positive support to Kel, his backroom staff and all the players. A big vocal support could make all the difference. The club is running a Family Package for the Kelty Hearts game on 12 April, where two adults and two under 12s can attend the game for £45. Details are here:
It is great to see the club issuing monthly newsletters, with the second one published recently which includes a Supporters Trust update. In case you missed it, you can read it here:
The Trust Board is grateful to for the feedback received to the updates we have issued this year, and to all our members for their ongoing support. We are in Bar 94 before and after each game, so feel free to have a chat with any of us.
